You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your registered Philippine mobile number and password. ph222 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph222 support will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.
Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. ph222 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or have shared them with a third party.

ph222 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Deposits are credited to your ph222 Account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. ph222 does not accept cash deposits, deposits from third-party accounts not belonging to the registered Account holder, or deposits in any currency other than Philippine Peso.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the ph222 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ph222 may permanently close an Account following investigation where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. Where an Account is closed for breach, ph222 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in proportion to the nature and severity of the breach, subject to applicable PAGCOR compliance procedures.
A User may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting ph222's live support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the User's registered payment account following completion of any outstanding identity or compliance checks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph222's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total Funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.
ph222 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses; (b) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data or business interruption; (d) gambling losses incurred as a result of a User's voluntary participation in gaming activities; or (e) losses arising from a User's failure to adhere to these Terms.
ph222 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ph222 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph222 shall not be liable for service outages beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, DDOS attacks, or force majeure events.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to ph222's right to seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between a User and ph222, the User should first contact ph222's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ph222 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process where applicable.
